One of the country's most respected and accomplished chefs, multiple James Beard Award Winner Charlie Trotter is back in Las Vegas. Created especially for this very special dinner, Trotter is planning a unique eight-course menu that will be complemented by rare wines from a mystery winemaker. Trotter will be on hand to meet and greet guests before and after dinner.
